[opendmarc-dev] opendmarc-0.1.3 available

Andreas,

I added web.de to the test suite and it returns 9 (DMARC_DNS_ERROR_NO_RECORD)
as it should. The only way that opendmarc_policy_query_dmarc() can return 1
is if you passed it a NULL domain or one of zero length. There is however a
thin chance that an odd resolver code might also cause a 1 return. Can you tell
me which name servers you use so that I can test directly against them?

Thanks,
