I get this error on mails from domains without any DMARC-Record:
Jul 15 16:27:02 flimm opendmarc[7339]: 3WZqnh4Ln6z2597:
opendmarc_policy_query_dmarc() returned status 1

Domain in question is web.de. Mails are deferred with 4xx.
