if opendmarc is runned after amavisd, simplest way to solve this is run 
amavisd via amavis-milter and call opendmarc last in milter order

or begin add Mail::DMARC into amavisd, and then do all in amavisd smtpd 
content filter

that way one could drop opendkim/opendmarc/openarc/pypolicyd-spf that 
would make life more simple and still do it all
