Yes, why not take advantage of whatever CURRENT options exist to coexist with dkim/dmarc?
Mailman can easily be upgraded to the latest version, right?

For what it's worth, I believe this list pre-dates the DMARC "p=reject"
workarounds appearing in Mailman. But even if the installed version had
them (I don't think it does), you'd have to change how the list works in
a fairly intrusive way (by for example having the list address in the
5322.From address field).
People usually get pretty cranky when things like that suddenly change,
but this has come up several times before. Are the people on this list
willing to accept that disruption (if it was an option)?
