[opendmarc-users] IgnoreAuthenticatedClients not working

Use
 IgnoreAuthenticatedClients true

> # apt-cache show opendmarc | grep Version
> Version: 1.3.0+dfsg-1

Isn't there version 1.3.1 in the Debian repositories (or in backports)?
