I think that's unrelated to the patch for ticket115.

the issue Steve pointed out is triggered only on systems that define T_RRSIG.
That #ifdef also happen exactly once. Only Murray may tell about the reason...

TL;TR;
I guess it's a new Bug.

@Steve:
as you could reproduce that compile failure please try if the attached  
patch fixes your build.
If so, please open a new bug ticket.
