Thanks, Scott. I would gladly include it in the package, but libspf2 isn't
currently available in the Fedora repos. In fact, it seems that the
justification is that it's not needed since OpenDMARC does it internally
(see comment #6):

Can you help me provide a compelling reason on that bug (even though it
will be a necropost on my part) to convince them that it is worth including?
