That's a good question. A grep of sendmail's source code suggests 22 is
the highest value that's interesting, and the resulting information does
go to syslog at LOG_INFO level.

The Received: field your MTA would normally add might be the only one not
available to the filter as it's added after milters in the sendmail
workflow. However, all of the information you would be able to get from
it should be available to you via other means, mostly from other macros
passed in by the MTA.
