[opendmarc-dev] OpenDMARC-1.3.2.Beta2 available

I've posted another Beta of OpenDMARC 1.3.2 containing the additional 
patches Juri recommended.  In some cases I hadn't seen them in my triage 
of the open tickets, and in one other case I thought I'd applied it but 
somehow it went missing.

I plan to leave this one up for two weeks before releasing.  I'll be 
traveling a lot starting mid-February so I'd like to get it out by then, 
and then turn my attention back to OpenARC and OpenDKIM.
