[opendmarc-dev] 1.3.2 beta: Bug in new SPF result logging

Just to let you know:

In 1.3.2 beta is a bug in the new code to log the outcome of SPF checks. 
The original patch for ticket #127 was correct, but the way Murray 
re-implemented it, has two problems - one which was already reported 
here on the dev-ML by Scott Kitterman (see 
http://www.trusteddomain.org/pipermail/opendmarc-dev/2016-July/000278.html). 
The second problem is a comparison with the wrong variable.

I opened ticket #187 for it and attached the following patch, that 
resolves both problems.
