Please open a ticket with your patch.  I'm inclined to alter 
RequiredHeaders to accept a third value like "logonly" rather than adding 
another configuration value altogether, but we'll see.

Also, "X-" as a header field name prefix is now deprecated (see RFC6648), 
so I won't be adding any more of those.
