[opendmarc-dev] 0.2.0-Beta2 available

This beta release is almost entirely the result of testing and debugging 
work from Todd Lyons.  Much appreciated!

Changes since Beta1:

o Numerous perl fixes in the reports scripts

o Fix bug #22: Avoid false negative alignment reports when no public suffix
   list is provided (libopendmarc)

o Detect removed "rua" fields and update the databases accordingly
