[opendmarc-dev] opendmarc-0.2.0 Beta1 available

Changes since Beta0:

o Don't derefence a NULL array

o Add contrib/init/redhat files, contributed by Todd Lyons.

A bug has just been opened regarding relaxed alignment checks in the 
absence of a public suffix list.  My plan is to include a fix of this in 
the 0.2.0 release version, after at least one Beta release that includes 
the fix.
