Run 'systemctl status opendmarc' and see if it is enabled or
disabled. If it is disabled you need to run 'systemctl enable
opendmarc' to enable it on start-up.

If it is already enabled run 'systemctl status opendmarc' after
the reboot and look for an error message or any other reason why
it could not start.
