well, I don't think it's a value to know "who all use opendmarc"
It doesn't help anybody if I disclose "I do"

I do it for my own private and family domains without rejecting messages.
But I also run OpenDMARC since a decade as mailbox provider.
I compile OpenDMARC from source =  
https://github.com/trusteddomainproject/OpenDMARC
Startingpoint is the branch "develop" and then I applied a number of patches
(mostly available somewhere in the tickets)

This works. Also the generation of aggregated dmarc records is working  
without pain and noise.
