I have 
HistoryFile /var/run/opendmarc/opendmarc.dat

and a cron job:

OPENDMARC_PASSWORD="xyz";
export OPENDMARC_PASSWORD
opendmarc-importstats
opendmarc-reports --dbpasswd=xyz
opendmarc-expire --dbpasswd=xyz --expire=14
echo "dmarc-cron ausgefuehrt"
