[opendmarc-users] can't read SMFIC_BODYEOB reply packet header

[list at ptld.com]

Postfix mailing list change host today. Since then 90% of the list mail is being soft bounced due to an issue with opendmarc which i don't understand.
What is going on here and how can i fix it?
