Hello Andy

DomainWhitelist is a parameter to whitelist ARC-stuff. But ARC is only available in later versions.
You could use "IgnoreMailFrom" instead.

But I would prefer an other option. Instead of ignoring any "From: *@ebay.com" I would ignore only the ip address you identified as legitimate ebay.com addresses.
I would use "IgnoreHosts" ...
