[opendmarc-users] Reporting: can't create report files for domains.

Opendmarc-reports creates temporary files in the current directory. It seems
the user opendmarc cannot write to the directory where you are starting the
script. In your script you need to change to a directory where the user
opendmarc has write permissions.
