[opendmarc-users] Blocking Reporting Domains

I've certainly run into this frequently. People don't have their records
configured correctly, a full mailbox, a mailbox that is scanning/rejecting
based on content, etc.
When calling the "opendmarc-reports" binary, I simply append their domain
to the arguments, in something similar to: -nodomain='example.com'
I'm not sure if that is the best/recommended method, but it seems to get
the job done!
