There is no such thing, because the source IP reported in the DMARC report
should be the IP address of the foreign mail server that sent you an email,
not your IP address.
If this source IP in your reports is 127.0.0.1 your setup is wrong. Most
likely you are feeding the incoming mail through something like Amavis,
which will re-inject it via localhost and then your OpenDMARC milter gets
the mail and sees 127.0.0.1 as source IP.
