This is what opendmarc does if you have 'RejectFailures true' and
'IgnoreAuthenticatedClients true' in /etc/opendmarc.conf. Or am I
missing something?

Recent example from my logs:
2018-04-28 01:53:42 myserver postfix/cleanup[19260]: F07AC60236:
milter-reject: END-OF-MESSAGE from medusa.blackops.org[208.69.40.157]:
5.7.1 rejected by DMARC policy for junc.eu;
from=<opendmarc-users-bounces at trusteddomain.org>
to=<dominic at timedicer.co.uk> proto=ESMTP helo=<medusa.blackops.org>
