[opendmarc-users] DELETE failed error. What is causing this?

That might help for new entries, but old ones should be fixed with a proper
SQL statement. And I currently have no idea whether we depend on that value
somewhere in the scripts. Needs to be checked...

That might have been bug #143 which is a different thing but happening in
opendmarc-expire, too.
