you seem to be complaining about DMARC in general, not OpenDMARC.
If you are fine with the DMARC concept as-is, you could either set
OpenDMARC to not reject at all, or you could apply my MLM patch, which you
can find in the archives of the opendmarc-devel mailing list. This will
give you the opportunity to define IP addresses that run mailing list which
break DKIM singnatures. Mails from these hosts won't be rejected even if
the messages fails the DMARC tests.

If your problem is how DMARC works in general, stop using OpenDMARC at once
and don't look for other implementations as DMARC is nothing useful for you.
If you accept how DMARC in general works, than you are free to use either
OpenDMARC (with or without patches) or test other implementations.
