Even easier, if you have the EPEL repos installed,

"dnf install opendmarc" or "dnf upgrade opendmarc" on CentOS 7 should do
the trick!

FYI - last update to the package was April 30 of this year:

https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2015-6076

Also, if you Google "opendmarc centos 7" my blog post on installing and
configuring OpenDMARC for RedHat systems is the first hit.

Django: I maintain the OpenDMARC package for Fedora/EPEL. I haven't taken
too close a look at your SPEC file, but if there's anything in yours that
should be incorporated into the official Fedora/EPEL repo builds, I welcome
pull requests on the "develop" branch here:
