I guess these lines are invalid syntax per rfc 5322
So there is simly no valid RFC5322.From to check.

Unfortunately the usual MUAs just display the wrong part to the user.
But that's nothing DMARC could solve.

One option is to enforce strong syntax checking for _exact_ one  
RFC5322.From at MTA level.
At least postfix couldn't do that out of the box but I would assume  
/many/ false positves either.
