If you use one of the message reflectors listed on the DMARC.org
Resources page (http://www.dmarc.org/resources.html#Tools), it will
generate a note back to you - presumably from a domain with a DMARC
policy advertised. A quick check shows unlocktheinbox.com has one published.
If you mean you want to see something being rejected, all you have to do
is connect to port 25 and forge something from a domain with a
"p=reject" policy published. I believe AOL and Yahoo both have such
policies published.
If you mean you want somebody else to do it for you, I'm not aware of a
free service for that. Write off-list and we can discuss my hourly rate. ;)
