The 19200 is actually 75.  I'll have to get that fixed in the output. 
(Specifically, it's 75 right-shifted by eight bits.)  Code 75 is 
EX_TEMPFAIL from <sysexits.h>, so your MTA temp-failed the forensic 
report.  You'd have to check your logs for why it did that.
