I have a simple helper script which I run to do all opendmarc
operations (import, report, clean data) that I have added as item #2
at https://gist.github.com/mrballcb/74b1955a6d9731e0d2c7 .  It
specifically sets everything that is needed and then calling your cron
job is a simple one option process.
