Thank you, yes I will remove the default values.
localhost:9999 is OpenDKIM with http://pastebin.com/DKUuNqNK configuration.
The suggested milter protocol for OpenDKIM was 2 until Postfix 2.5. I have
tried raising it to 6 (as I am running 2.9.1 now) and removing it at all,
but neither helped. This is the full source of an e-mail sent with default
milter_protocol (meaning, unset in main.cf): http://pastebin.com/zEGieN5B
