[opendmarc-users] Implementation and Testing - Domains are Failing that shouldn't

I found that when using the libopendmarc libraries, I had to provide
the public suffix file for the library to work properly.  In contrast,
I have never had this issue with opendmarc itself, and I don't use the
PublicSuffixList option in my opendmarc.conf.  So my experience is
mixed WRT your observations :-/
