The LICENSE file is in the repository but the packaging (Makefile.am) 
failed to include it in the distribution.  That's now fixed.  You can pull 
it from the "master" branch in the repository if you like, which is what 
the releaseprocess would do anyway, or wait for 1.0.1 to make it official.

It's the same license as for OpenDKIM, i.e., three-clause BSD.
