Kind of. If an upstream filter (even one that runs earlier in the
sequence but attached to the same MTA as opendmarc) rejects the message,
the message will bounce. The remaining filters don't get a chance to
complete processing of the message.
So if you want opendmarc to handle the message, upstream filters must not
reject it.
