the failure reports are different from bounces. They go to
  - the domain owner adding a ruf address to dns
  - myself overriding failure reporting in my opendmarc.conf

in both cases the destination address is selectable by the intended receiver.
So it's possible to specify a dedicated mailbox.

simply the subject was and is still is ok.
