[opendmarc-dev] Patch to enhance the AR header

While playing with my OverrideMLM patch I noticed that Google includes the
policy found and the disposition actually applied into the AR header.

Attached you will find a patch that does the same for OpenDMARC.
An AR header will then look like this:

Authentication-Results: batleth.sapienti-sat.org; dmarc=pass (p=REJECT
dis=NONE) header.from=google.com
