Hello Juri,
I'm really interested on this improvement.
I could suggest a lookup table based on DNSBL, like Postfix does.
In this case it should be a "DNSWL".
In Postfix/postscreen I already have public and private whitelists of
IPs DNS based.
If DMARC could use this data it could be integrated easier with current
solutions.
