[opendmarc-dev] OpenDMARC 1.2.0 Beta2 available

This resolves everything I have pending that's a candidate for 1.2.0 
release, so I'd like to release it this week.  Please let me know if you 
run into any showstoppers.


Changes since Beta1:

o LIBOPENDMARC: Fix bug #68: Fix strict/relaxed checking logic when
   a public suffix list is available.  Reported by Andreas Schulze.

o Fix DKIM status importing.

o Add reporting setup steps to README.

o LIBOPENDMARC: Merge request #2: Validate external recipients before adding
   them to report recipient lists.  Code from Will Orr.

o Record all DKIM results to the history file, rather than only passing
   results.

o LIBOPENDMARC: Fix call to missing function.  Patch from William Orr.

o Fixed funcname typo in opendmarc_xml.c

o Remove unused variable.

o Updated to reflect the latest bug fix in the library.

o Various tidying up.

o RequiredHeaders improvements from Andreas Schulze.
