attached a new patch with a two step configuration:

RequiredHeaders
  - check for RFC5322 header conformance
  - violations are logged but message still processed

RejectRequiredHeadersFailure
  - Reject a message that does not conform with a non detailed SMTP reply

The name of the second option is yet a little bit long...
