patch appied without conflicts.

mysql> select * from requests where id=3;
|3|4|mailto:rua at dmarc.andreasschulze.de,mailto:hs4klmxi at ag.dmarcian.com| ...

Now I'll monitor that 2 reports are send.
After that I'll remove the second address again.
