[opendmarc-dev] Progress on reporting and filter

I've got the schema stable and a reporting script doing the right thing 
with sample data stored in the tables.

I've started construction of a filter.  So far it's just a skeleton with 
code from OpenDKIM dragged in to add configuration file processing.  The 
next push will be to add Authentication-Results header field parsing, as 
that's where the DKIM and SPF results will be expected.

When you let me know that libopendmarc can do policy query and parsing, I 
should be able to hook them all together to do message evaluation, and 
then add in the database population stuff.  After that, I think a round of 
documentation will get us pretty close to an alpha-ready package.

Good stuff!  I plan to do some work tonight if possible.
