I've just pushed the first tarball.  Congrats to the team!

Please begin all future development on the new "develop" branch.  To 
ensure you're in sync, do:

$ git pull
$ git checkout develop

The master branch is now only used for releases.

I've already discovered some kinks in the recording and reporting code, 
but I should be able to get through them before too much longer.  Once 
that's stable, I'll have dmarc.org start generating aggregate reports.
