[opendmarc-announce] OpenDMARC 1.3.2 Beta cycle

Hello,

We'll be running a brief beta period for OpenDMARC 1.3.2, starting today. 
This is entirely a patch release, and includes nearly all of the open 
tickets that have patches associated with them that don't introduce new 
features and appear to be sound.

This beta will run until the end of the month, at which point the release 
will occur unless any show-stoppers have been encountered.

Please use the "opendmarc-dev" list to discuss any issues raised in the 
beta release; don't use the trackers.  We should save the "-users" list 
for issues related to the released versions.

The proposed change set:

 	Feature request #86: Change meaning of "RequiredHeaders" such that
 		header validity is always checked, but messages are only
 		rejected on that basis when the flag is set.  Based
 		on a patch from Andreas Schulze.
 	Feature request #127: Log SPF results when rejecting.  Requested
 		by Patrick Wagner; patch from Andreas Schulze.
 	Feature request #138: Inculde policy and disposition information
 		in an Authentication-Results comment.  Based on a patch
